The conversion problem
Checkout starts, shipping appears, then the order is abandoned. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.
Make shipping cost, delivery timing, and tracking expectations visible before checkout.
Shipping calculated at checkout.
Shipping is shown before payment. Every order includes tracking, and our support team can help if the package is delayed.
What to change first
- Add delivery timing near the product form and cart summary.
- Explain whether shipping is tracked, insured, or region-dependent.
- Avoid vague words like fast or reliable unless you define what they mean.
Where this copy should appear
Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.
The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
