The conversion problem
Product pages get views, but add-to-cart rate stays weak. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.
Answer legitimacy, delivery, returns, and support questions inside the buying area, not only in footer links.

What to change first
- Add one trust strip near the main CTA.
- Use specific support wording instead of generic badge language.
- Keep the product promise concrete: materials, use case, sizing, care, and delivery.
Where this copy should appear
Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.
The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
