Service scope

Starter Fix Sprint provides digital ecommerce trust-copy templates, self-serve CRO checklists, and request-only public-store review recommendations based on public pages and customer-provided context.

Acceptable requests

• Improving clarity around product pages, shipping, returns, FAQ, contact, mobile buying flow, cart, and checkout reassurance.
• Identifying likely trust and support-friction issues in a public ecommerce store.
• Writing practical ecommerce copy suggestions for the customer's own store.

Requests we do not accept

• Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, counterfeit, or harmful products or services.
• Requests to hide material risks, mislead buyers, create fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, or inflated customer claims.
• Regulated professional advice, including legal, tax, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
• Requests requiring Shopify admin credentials, private customer data, payment credentials, or access to systems we do not need.

Customer data

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, private customer records, or sensitive personal data. The $49 audit only needs the public store URL and relevant business context.
