The conversion problem
Visitors open the return policy or FAQ but do not purchase. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.
Summarize the return window, condition, and contact path in plain language before the buyer leaves the product page.
Please read our full policy for all return details.
You can request help within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original condition. Start by emailing support and we will guide you through the next step.
What to change first
- Put a short return summary on product pages and link to the full policy.
- Say who pays return shipping if that is relevant.
- Make the contact path obvious instead of burying it in legal language.
Where this copy should appear
Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.
The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
