Delivery timeline

The Shopify CRO & Support Friction Audit is delivered within 24 hours after both payment and receipt of the public store URL.

• Your public Shopify store URL.
• The customer questions you hear most often.
• Any page you already suspect is unclear.

Delivery format

The audit is delivered by email or shared document. It includes 5 to 8 prioritized issues, reasoning, and recommended fixes or replacement copy.

Access requirements

No Shopify admin access is required for the $49 audit. The review is based on public store pages and context provided by the customer.
