Delivery timeline

The Starter Fix Sprint Trust Copy Pack and Shopify CRO Fix Kit are delivered instantly through post-checkout delivery pages. A request-only manual store service, if separately agreed, is delivered within the stated timeframe after payment and receipt of the public store URL.

What to send after payment

• For digital products: use the delivery page shown after checkout.
• For support: email the order email and describe the access issue.
• For request-only review work: send your public Shopify store URL and relevant context.

Delivery format

Digital products are delivered as Markdown and browser-based resources. Request-only review work is delivered by email or shared document if separately agreed.

Access requirements

No Shopify admin access is required for the digital products or request-only review work. Any review is based on public store pages and context provided by the customer.
