1. Service provider
Starter Fix Sprint provides digital audit and copy recommendation services for small ecommerce stores. Contact: starterfixsprint@proton.me.
2. Product
The Shopify CRO & Support Friction Audit is a digital service deliverable. It reviews a public Shopify store for support-friction issues around shipping, returns, FAQ, contact, order status, and product-page trust copy.
3. What is included
- 5 to 8 prioritized support-friction issues.
- Plain-English reasoning for why each issue may matter.
- Recommended fixes or replacement copy.
- Delivery by email or shared document within 24 hours after payment and receipt of the store URL.
4. What is not included
- No Shopify admin access is required or included for the audit.
- No guaranteed sales, conversion-rate increase, revenue increase, or search ranking result is promised.
- No legal, tax, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice is provided.
- No implementation work is included unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide a public store URL and any relevant context, such as repeated customer questions or pages they already suspect are unclear. The customer is responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to implement any recommendations.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by Creem as merchant of record or another listed payment provider. If Creem is used, Creem handles checkout, payment collection, applicable indirect tax handling, and buyer invoices according to Creem's buyer terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. If payment is processed through Creem, refund handling may also involve Creem's customer portal and buyer terms.
8. Intellectual property
The customer may use the delivered audit recommendations and replacement copy for their own store. Starter Fix Sprint retains ownership of its general methods, templates, checklists, and non-customer-specific materials.
9. Support
Support requests should be sent to starterfixsprint@proton.me. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while that version is live.
