Refund Policy

1. Summary
The Shopify CRO & Support Friction Audit is a digital service deliverable. Because work begins shortly after payment, refunds are handled based on delivery status.
2. Eligible refunds
- If we cannot deliver the audit within the promised timeframe after receiving the store URL.
- If the order was clearly accidental and the audit work has not started.
- If the purchased service cannot be provided for a reason on our side.
3. Non-refundable cases
- After the audit has been delivered.
- If the customer does not provide a public store URL or necessary context.
- If the customer dislikes recommendations but the agreed deliverable was provided.
- If the customer expected implementation, redesign, development, or guaranteed revenue results that were not part of the purchased audit.
4. How to request a refund
Email starterfixsprint@proton.me with the order email, reason for the request, and any relevant details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Creem payments
If payment was processed through Creem, refund requests may also be handled through Creem's customer portal or buyer support flow according to Creem's buyer terms.
