Where this copy belongs
Put reassurance close to the moment where the shopper is making the decision. A footer policy page can be useful, but it is often too far away from the question that blocks the order.
- Use this copy near the returns decision point, not only in a policy footer.
- Keep every promise specific enough that the store can actually honor it.
- Explain timing, limits, support contact, and what happens after the order.
- Avoid fake urgency, fake reviews, or vague trust badges when concrete copy would work better.
