Shopify trust-copy example

Shopify contact page copy that builds trust

Make support access feel real, specific, and connected to pre-purchase concerns.

Where this copy belongs

Put reassurance close to the moment where the shopper is making the decision. A footer policy page can be useful, but it is often too far away from the question that blocks the order.

  • Use this copy near the contact decision point, not only in a policy footer.
  • Keep every promise specific enough that the store can actually honor it.
  • Explain timing, limits, support contact, and what happens after the order.
  • Avoid fake urgency, fake reviews, or vague trust badges when concrete copy would work better.

Example block to adapt

Contact: [clear buyer reassurance]. We handle [common concern] by [specific process]. If anything is unclear before ordering, email support@starterfixsprint.com and we will help before you buy.

Editing rule

Replace bracketed text with your real policy, timing, support address, or product detail. Do not promise faster delivery, easier returns, or broader support than you can provide.
