The conversion problem
Most visitors are on mobile and scroll without buying. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.
Move the most important trust answers near the first CTA and make them scannable.
All policy details hidden in long tabs below reviews.
Near the CTA: tracked delivery where available, clear returns, secure checkout, and support before or after ordering.
What to change first
- Audit the first mobile screen, not only desktop layout.
- Use short bullets under the CTA.
- Make footer policy links accessible but do not rely on footer alone.
Where this copy should appear
Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.
The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
