Starter Fix Sprint
Shopify objection copy fix

Shopify ad traffic but no sales: copy checks before spending more

Before increasing ad spend, check whether your Shopify product, cart, shipping, and policy copy answer buyer objections. This page is for small Shopify stores that already get some attention but still lose buyers before payment.

The conversion problem

Paid traffic arrives, bounce is not terrible, but purchases stay at zero. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.

Align ad promise, product detail, trust copy, shipping, returns, and checkout reassurance.

Weak copy

Your ads need more budget.

Clearer trust copy

Before raising budget, make sure the landing page repeats the ad promise, explains the offer, and removes delivery, return, and support doubts.

What to change first

Where this copy should appear

Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.

The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
