The conversion problem
The store has decent visuals but no credible social proof yet. Most small stores try to solve this with more traffic, a bigger discount, or louder urgency. Usually the missing piece is simpler: the buyer has one unanswered objection and the page does not answer it soon enough.
Use photos to show product detail, then support them with policy, shipping, and contact clarity.
Customers love this product.
Photos show the product from multiple angles. Review dimensions, materials, delivery, and returns before ordering, or contact support if you need help deciding.
What to change first
- Do not label ordinary product photos as customer proof.
- Add detail captions that answer buyer questions.
- Pair visuals with policy and support clarity.
Where this copy should appear
Put the short version close to the buyer's decision point: product page CTA, cart drawer, cart page, FAQ snippet, or policy summary. Keep the full legal and policy pages available, but do not force buyers to hunt for basic reassurance.
The goal is not to make exaggerated promises. The goal is to make the real buying process visible enough that a first-time visitor can trust it.
