Every target has status, next action, gate, landing URL, evidence URL, evidence note, and last-attempt timestamp fields.
Evidence-first growth log
Submission log for free distribution work.
This log exists so the growth push can continue toward 1,000,000 monthly visits without confusing prepared assets with completed external submissions. A target only becomes submitted when evidence is recorded.
Ready but not submitted
Ready means the materials are prepared. It does not mean external traffic has arrived or a listing has been accepted.
Gate-aware execution
Account gates, community context, and personalized curator work are tracked separately so we do not pretend automation can bypass them.

Status dictionary
not_submitted: Prepared but no external form/post/email has been completed yet.
ready_to_submit: Materials are prepared and the target can be attempted through a free path.
submitted: Submission completed with evidence URL, screenshot, email receipt, or timestamp.
blocked_login: Stopped because account login or signup was required.
blocked_paid: Stopped because the listing path required payment or paid upgrade.
blocked_captcha: Stopped because captcha/human verification prevented completion.
needs_context: Only appropriate when a matching community thread or editorial context exists.
needs_personalization: Needs one-by-one personalized curator outreach, not automation.
live_public_asset: No submission needed; public machine-readable asset is already live.
