Public URL readiness check
Status: prepared
GET key URLs from sitemap, launch board, free tools hub, policy checker, and public submission tracker.
Proof: starterfixsprint.com key URLs return HTTP 200
A safe post-deploy runner and status hub for checking public URLs, preparing IndexNow, sequencing free-directory submissions, and collecting analytics proof toward verified monthly traffic. The runner is safe by default: it checks readiness, writes status files, and does not auto-post to communities or directories.
node scripts/run_post_deploy_growth_runner_20260704.js
Optional environment: STARTERFIXSPRINT_DOMAIN, INDEXNOW_KEY, and DRY_RUN=false. Keep dry-run enabled until public URL checks pass.

Status: prepared_safe_mode
Prepare submit payload; do not submit unless INDEXNOW_KEY and public 200 checks pass.
Proof: IndexNow key exists and deployed URLs are public before submit
Status: prepared_manual_queue
Load researched target queue and output eligible post-deploy tasks; no auto-posting to communities.
Proof: target-specific listing URL, receipt, or skip note
Status: prepared
Use UTM matrix for every distribution action.
Proof: analytics source/medium/campaign rows match referral tracking matrix
Status: not_achieved
Never mark complete from local files, sitemaps, deploy success, or submission preparation alone.
Proof: analytics export proves rolling 30-day visitors >= 1,000,000
Deployment success, public 200 checks, sitemap submission, or directory preparation do not complete the goal. Only analytics proving rolling 30-day visitors are at or above 1,000,000 completes it.
