Starter Fix Sprint Post-Deploy Growth Runner
A safe post-deploy runner and status hub for checking public URLs, preparing IndexNow, sequencing free-directory submissions, and collecting analytics proof toward verified monthly traffic. The runner is safe by default: it checks readiness, writes status files, and does not auto-post to communities or directories.
Run command after deploy

Optional environment: STARTERFIXSPRINT_DOMAIN, INDEXNOW_KEY, and DRY_RUN=false. Keep dry-run enabled until public URL checks pass.
